Shipping policy
Shipping Conditions
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made to Germany and Austria.
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Up to 150€ order value, shipping costs will be charged depending on the items ordered.

Deliveries to Austria:
Shipping costs to Austria are calculated based on the total weight of the ordered items:

| over 1 kg up to 5 kg | Parcel shipping | 17,95€ shipping costs |
| over 5 kg up to 10 kg | Parcel shipping | 23,90€ shipping costs |

Deliveries to other countries (other EU Countries & International):
Currently we do not offer shipping to other countries.
Delivery periods
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2 - 4 working days in Germany and within 5 - 8 working days for deliveries to Austria after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction) and the necessary processing time for handling over to the transport company. Please note the following information on our shipping days and processing times.
Shipping days & processing period:
We ship on working days on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
If you order before 12:00PM (German time, CET/CEST) on shipping days, we will ship your goods on the same day. The general processing time for shipping is therefore 0-2 working days.
Please note that your order will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (Germany).
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Please note: Individual local payment methods are only available at checkout if the relevant country-specific requirements (e.g. suitable bank account or registered user account) are met.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
